Functional description
In conclusion, our findings reveal that overexpressionof TALNEC2 may aggravate hypoxia injury in H9c2 cellsvia regulating miR-21/PDCD4-medited activation of theWnt/β-catenin pathway. TALNEC2 may serve as apromising therapeutic target in myocardial ischemia.However, clinical and in vivo studies in myocardialischemia were not performed in this study. More studiesare still needed to confirm our findings.
