Functional description
In conclusion, the present study revealed for the first timethat LINC00473 regulated ESCC cell proliferation andradioresistance through miR-374a-5p/SPIN1 axis, whichprovides a novel prognostic biomarker and a potentialtherapeutic target for ESCC. However, more assays should beconducted for further consolidation of this mechanism.
