Functional description
In conclusion, our study was the first to elucidate themolecular mechanism of SOX2-OT in NPC. Our findingsproofed that SOX2-OT exerted cancerogenic effectthrough miR-146b-5p/HNRNPA2B1 axis. The SOX2-OT/miR-146b-5p/HNRNPA2B1 network may be a novelpromising therapeutic strategy for patients with NPC.
