In summary, we demonstrated thatLINC02582is adownstream target of miR-200c.LINC02582is requiredfor radioresistance in breast cancer cells. Mechanistically,LINC02582interacts with USP7 to deubiquitinate andstabilize CHK1, thus promoting radioresistance. Ourresults suggested that the miR-200c/LINC02582/USP7/CHK1 signaling axis is a potential target to improve theresponse of breast cancer to radiation therapy
