In conclusion, we demonstrated that LINC00518 plays akey role in the malignant progression of melanoma.LINC00518 facilitates melanoma metastasis by spongingmiR-204-5p to release AP1S2 mRNA transcripts targetedby miR-204-5p, thereby promoting the AP1S2 expression.Studying the molecular mechanism of LINC00518 inmelanoma is of great significance to improve the under-standing of the molecular biological basis of melanomadevelopment and identify new therapeutic targets formelanoma patients.
