Functional description
In conclusion, the high expression level of HNF1A-AS1 in gliomatissues and cell lines was activated by transcription factor MYC.Besides this, HNF1A-AS1 worked as a sponge of miR-363-3p topromote cell proliferation and inhibit apoptosis in glioma cells. Inaddition, we proved that HNF1A-AS1 regulates glioma cell growththrough activation of the JNK signaling pathway via the miR-363-3p/MAP2K4 axis.
