Functional description
We explored the potential role of TTTY15 and the related mechanism in ESCC. We found that TTTY15 was upregulated in tissues of male patients with ESCC, and in-vitro study proved that TTTY15 could regulate the proliferation and metastasis of ESCC cells. Additionally, we further demonstrated that TTTY15 could upregulate JAK2 expression as a ‘competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA)’ for miR-337-3p, thus playing an oncogenic role in the pathogenesis of ESCC.
