Functional description
For the mechanism, miR-185-5p expression was decreased and chromobox 2 (CBX2) expression was increased in PDAC, and further PCAT6 could upregulated the expression of oncogene CBX2 by sponging miR-185-5p. The results above suggested that PCAT6/miR-185-5p/CBX2 exerted crucial functions in tumorigenesis and progression of PDAC.
