Functional description
we found that n340790 was highly expressed, miR-1254 exhibited low levels of expression in human thyroid cancer tissues, and both of these molecules were good prognostic factors for thyroid cancer. n340790 and miR-1254 were simultaneously and strongly correlated with invasion, metastasis, and TNM stage of thyroid cancer. n340790 plays vital roles in the development of thyroid cancer both in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, n340790 could act as an endogenous sponge by directly binding to miR-1254 and decreasing miR-1254 expression.
