Functional description
A miR-133b-meditated lncRNA-mRNA ceRNA network was revealed, a subset of which was validated in 14 paired CRC patient tumor/non-tumor samples. An innovate method was employed that combined analyses of two microarray data sets to construct a miR-133b-mediated lncRNA-mRNA competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNA) network. Quantitative RT-PCR analysis was used to validate part of this network. GSEA was used to predict the potential functions of these lncRNAs.
