Reference title
H19 Functions as a ceRNA in Promoting Metastasis Through Decreasing miR-200s Activity in Osteosarcoma.
Experimental verification
luciferase reporter assays;qRT-PCR

Functional description
We performed gain- and loss-of-function assays and found that H19 promotes migration and invasion in osteosarcoma cells. Furthermore, we showed that H19 promotes metastasis through upregulation of ZEB1 and ZEB2 by competitively binding the miR-200 family.
