1. Overview of ATOdb

Welcome to ATOdb. ATOdb is a timely and valuable one-stop platform that provides comprehensive experimentally supported targets of ATO, condition and combined drugs from literatures and high-throughput data,as well as multilevel biological characteristics of target genes including protein interaction, expression patterns, and regulation. It is useful for both computational analysis and experimental study. Currently, users can search the database according to condition, target and drug combination respectively. Furthermore, ATOdb is a completely open resource, and users can obtain all data from the ‘Download’ page.

2. Search

We provide three query ways, namely Condition, Drug Combination and Target. Users can select one and query it in the database.

2.1 Condition
2.1.1 Take leukemia for example
2.1.2 Results

Users can view all basic information associated with the query condition.

2.1.3 Details

Users can view explicit information including the details of Condition, Networks, Expression, Other Disease, Other Drug, Drug Combination and Function, respectively. Every division includes comprehensive information.

2.2 Drug Combination
2.2.1 Take ruxolitinib for example

2.2.2 Results

Users can view all basic information associated with the query drug combination.

2.2.3 Details

Users can view explicit information including the Condition, Therapeutic/Side Effects, Drug Combination, Drug BankID, Similarity, Chemical Picture, Chemical Structure, Combinational Effect, Organ, System, Cell Name, Cell Type, Regulation, Detection Method, Description, the Title, the Pubmed ID, the Year and the Journal, respectively. Especially, the "Description" is summarized according to the key sentences in the corresponding reference.

2.3 Target
2.3.1 Take VEGFB for example

2.3.2 Results

Users can view all basic information associated with the query target.

2.3.3 Details

Users can view explicit information including the details of Condition, Networks, Expression, Other Disease, Other Drug, Drug Combination and Function, respectively. Every division includes comprehensive information.

3. Browse

We provide two ways to browse data, which are the dendritic structure and human body map respectively.

4. Download

ATOdb is a resource that provides the public with a freely available resource about the function, target and drug combination of arsenic trioxide. Users can select the menu 'Download' to obtain data in the resource. All the resources, including the whole dataset can be downloaded in EXCEL or TXT formats.
