| Result | In the IL-1R antagonist at mspal 11100 C/T position,no statistically significant differences were found in alleles between total MS patients and normal controls.However,in TC and TT genotypes, significant differences were shown .The results of our data indicate the decrease in frequency of IL-1 RA TC Mspa1 11100 genotype in the patients group versus normal subjects. |
