Mechanism/pathway	The engineered Tregs expressed both CAR and FoxP3, and in assays testing their function they significantly decreased T cell proliferation even in the presence of LPS-stimulated macrophages that are thought to take part in the transformation of Tregs into Th17 effector cells due to their production of activating cytokines.
