Result	This study suggested that the recombinant immunotoxin DT390-IL-18 could be expressed in vitro and in vivo, and prevented murine EAE effectively.
Mechanism/pathway	We speculate that depletion of other IL-18–expressing cells may contribute to suppression of EAE, but the effect was limited.
