Results of multiple sclerosis :

Result	The expression of PPAR-γ mRNA in troglitazone-treated group was increased comparing with that of vehicle-treated group. This finding suggests that troglitazone increases PAR-γ transcription in vivo.
Mechanism/pathway	Thus, troglitazone treatment appeared to result in the enhanced expression of PPAR-γ message and reduced expressions of the pro-inflammatory cytokines, IL-1b and TNF-a messages,in the spinal cords.
