| Detail Description | We observed that decreased lnc00462717 expression was associated with the malignant status in glioma. Lnc00462717 overexpression suppressed glioma cell proliferation, survival and migration. Moreover, we identified MDM2 as a direct target of lnc00462717 and lnc00462717 played a role by partially regulating the MDM2/MAPK pathway. |
