NSDNA provides users with a prioritization page that enables researchers to prioritize ncRNA in the certain tissue and disease. Users can select the ncRNA category, particular disease and tissue from the pull-down menu. By pressing the "prioritize" button, corresponding scores of ncRNA in a particular tissue and disease are displayed. Higher scores of a certain ncRNA indicate an increase in value in the certain tissue and disease. View our Help page for further information.
