| Detail Description | Four long non-coding RNA were found to be differentially hypermethylated in temporal lobe epilepsy regardless of hippocampal sclerosis grade.These were urothelial cancer associated 1 (non-protein coding;UCA1), adenosine deaminase, RNA-specific, B2, antisense RNA 1 (ADARB2-AS1), long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 324 (LINC324) and mitogen-activated protein kinase 14, antisense RNA 1(MAP3K14-AS1). |
