| Detail Description | LncRNA UCA1 expression in the glioma samples was obviously higher as compared with the normal brain samples, and the expression was correlated significantly with grading of the tumors. However, lncRNA UCA1 expression was not correlated with age, gender, tumor size and KPS score. After interference of UCA1 expression by siRNA transfection, the proliferation of both U251 and SHG-44 cells was inhibited, with more cells arrested in G0/G1. Moreover, cyclin D1 expression was also downregulated considerably. |
