| Detail Description | Real-time qRT-PCR method was used to address the levels of let-7 in 4 normal and 55 adenomatous pituitary samples.compared with normal tissues, the reduced expression of let-7 was found in 23 (41.8%) adenomas (most cases exhibited450% reduction).Slight upregulation of let-7 expression levels was also observed in the 15 (27%) adenomas. |
