| Detail Description | The expression of 43 miRNAs were significantly altered at least 2-fold in primary and recurrent GBMs.Eighteen miRNAs were upregulated and 25 miRNAs were downregulated in the recurrent GBM patients.qRT-PCR was performed on 8 miRNAs (randomly selected): has-miR-20a*, has-miR-142-3p, has-miR-196, has-miR-223, has-miR-450a, has-miR-451, has-miR-542-3p, and has-miR-582-5p. In agreement with the miRNA microarray result, has-miR-142-3p, hasmiR-223, and has-miR-451 were up-regulated and has-miR-20a*, has-miR-196, has-miR-450a, has-miR-542-3p, and has-miR-582-5p were downregulated in the recurrent GBM patients. |
