| Detail Description | We found that the expression level of miR-106b was decreased, but Fyn mRNA was increased in frontal cortex of AD patients.The result of western blot showed that Fyn protein level was elevated in frontal cortex of AD patients.Overexpression of miR-106b reduces Ab1-42-induced tau phosphorylation at Tyr18.Fyn is a direct target of miR-106b.In cnclusion,miR-106b inhibits tau phosphorylation at Tyr18 by targeting Fyn. |
