| Detail Description | miR-124 was expressed 0.7-3.5-fold lower in 8/8 tumors and that CDK6 was overexpressed in 4/8 (50%) tumors relative to normal cerebellum. In medulloblastoma cell lines, miR-124 was expressed at least 6.5-fold lower compared with normal cerebellum, whereas CDK6 protein expression was detected in 1/3 lines (D425). |
