| Detail Description | Pairwise significance analysis (PAM) of the microarray indicated that five miRgenes were significantly overexpressed in tumorigenic cells with a>2.5-fold change.In order to confirm the array results, we analyzed the levels of miR-222 and -221 with real-time PCR (RT-PCR). Accordingly with microarray data, we found an upregulation of these two miRs in tumorigenic cells (U87MG, LN-18 and LN-229) compared with nontumorigenic one (T98G). |
