| Detail Description | Comparing with resistant patients, 13 miRNAs were significantly upregulated and 10 miRNAs were greatly downregulated in sensitive group. qRT-PCR was performed on four miRNAs: hsa-miR-124-3p, hsa-miR-338-3p, hsa-miR-1290, and hsa-miR-486-5p. In agreement with the miRNA microarray results, hsa-miR-124-3p and hsa-miR-338-3p were upregulated and hsa-miR-1290 and hsa-miR-486-5p were downregulated in the radiotherapy sensitive group compared to the radiotherapy resistant group. |
