Detail Description	The endogenous expression of 7 luciferase-validated miRNAs was also analyzed in SH-SY5Y cells, using custom oligonucleotide microarrays. The expression of these miRNAs was in general very low, making miRNA overexpression, rather than the use of miRNA antagonists, the method of choice to analyze the regulation of endogenous NTRK3 in this cell system.
