| Detail Description | the next step of our work was to analyze the expression of miR-15, miR-16, miR26a, miR-196a2 and Let-7a in a panel of 41 human pituitary adenomas, including 14 prolactinomas, 9 GH pituitary adenomas and 18 NFPA, by qRT-PCR.all the selected HMGA-targeting miRNAs were drastically reduced in almost all the analyzed human pituitary adenomas, regardless of the histotype, when compared with the normal pituitary gland. |
