| Detail Description | To evaluate miRNAs in Friedreich ataxia (FRDA), we compared miRNA profiles between a control and a patient lymphoblast. miRNA expression array studies revealed that 27 miRNAs were dysregulated (2-fold increase or decrease) in the FRDA lymphoblast. |
