| Detail Description | To assess the expression of miR-181b-5p in astrocytomas, a qRT-PCR analysis was performed on 25 NAT samples and 90 astrocytoma tissue samples. The results showed that the expression of miR-181b-5p was consistently lower in the astrocytoma tissues compared with the NAT samples.These results strongly demonstrate that NOVA1 is a target gene of miR-181b-5p, which directly recognizes the 39-UTR of the NOVA1 transcript to downregulate its expression. |
