| Detail Description | The overall expression of miRNA species was relatively increased after 3 months therapy as demonstrated by the noticeably higher total sequence count of miRNAs in IFN-3 and IFN-6 compared to INF-0 library. We were able to identify 6 mature miRNA species, miR-326, miR-155, miR-3676, miR-18b, miR-599 and miR-26a-5p deriving from known human stem-loop sequences. |
