| Detail Description | In total, 16 miRNAs were found to be differentially expressed in the two histologic subtypes,based on the statistical criteria P< 0.05.expression of miR-196a, -196b, -15b, and -21 in a panel of 92 malignant glioma tissues, including 74 glioblastomas and 18 anaplastic astrocytomas, by individual real-time PCR. all of these miRNAs were significantly upregulated in glioblastoma relative to normal brain tissues. |
