| Detail Description |
After performing the two-tailed unpairedt tests with the Benjamini-Hochberg correction for FDR, 15 miRNAs were found to be significantly and differentially expressed between the MS patients and the healthy controls,Nine of these miRNAs (hsa-miR-1180, hsa-miR-125a, hsamiR-629, hsa-miR-582, hsa-miR-32, hsa-miR-505, hsa-miR-200c, hsa-miR-146b, and hsa-miR-210) were overexpressed in the MS patients and six miRNAs (hsa-miR-363, hsa-miR-328,hsa-miR-199a, hsa-let-7g-3p, hsa-miR-152, and hsa-miR-197)were underexpressed compared with in the healthy controls. |
