Detail Description	To validate the microarray platform, we confirmed the expression of 12 miRs which were most strongly up- or down-regulated by qRT-PCR using the same RNA samples that were used for the microarrays.Real time PCR confirmed the modulation of several miRs, including down-regulation of miR-7, and up-regulation of miR-214 after differentiation of the cells with RA for 48h.
