| Detail Description | we analyzed miR-199b-5p expression within these assays using miRNA TaqMan assay, which demonstrated that after DAPT treatment and Hes1 downregulation,miR-199b-5p expression increased gradually, with significant upregulation 12 h after treatment.miR-199b-5p binds the 3′-UTR of CD15 mRNA, thus impairing its expression. |
