| Detail Description | We determined genome-wide miRNA expression profiles in a screening set of 32 primary MBs.Fundamental miRNA expression differences between SHH- and non-SHH-MB were determined by significance analysis of microarrays, yielding a robust 26-miRNA signature that could readily separate SHH-MBs from non-SHH-MBs.The expression levels of miR-182 and miR-183 were subsequently validated by quantitative real-time PCR(QRT-PCR) in the screening cohort (n=32) studied by miRNA profiling, and a non-overlapping QRT-PCR-validation cohort. |
