| Detail Description | qRT-PCR showed that miR-200c expression was upregulated in rat prolactinoma cell line compared with rat normal pituitary cells.In response to increasing concentrations of SZ-685C, the expression of miR-200c was reduced compared with that of the control group (0uM), and in the 15uM and 30uM groups, its expression level decreased by 54.0 ± 0.1% and 83.8 ± 0.1%, respectively. |
