| Detail Description | qPCR results showed significant upregulation of the four miRs in the hippocampal tissues of children with MTLE compared to the tissues from the control group, with a miR-124 mean of 0.8±0.14 compared to the control group mean of 0.3±0.081. The miR-134 mean was 0.65±0.08 compared to the control mean of 0.3±0; the miR-132 mean was 0.8±0.2 compared to the control group mean of 0.35±0.05; finally, the miR-21 mean was 0.6±0.3 compared to the control group mean of 0.26±0.2. |
