| Detail Description | miR-21 was also elevated in U251MG stem cells, we performed the TaqMan based real-time stem-loop RT-PCR analyses. Our data showed similar results that miR-21 was more highly expressed in U251MG stem cells than in U251MG cells the results demonstrated that either miR-21 inhibitor or TMZ could not induce apoptosis on GSC. However, miR-21 inhibitor combined with TMZ significantly enhanced human glioblastoma stem cells(GSC) apoptosis. |
