| Detail Description | Real-time PCR showed that the expression level of miR-21 was much higher in the three glioblastoma cell lines than in normal brain tissue.In the six glioblastoma patients, the relative expression level of miR-21 was obviously increased in the radio-resistant group when compared with the radio-sensitive group.miR-21 may mediate the resistance of glioblastoma cells against radiation via its target genes PDCD4 and hMSH2. |
