| Detail Description | To evaluate the results obtained by microarray analysis, we performed quantitative PCR measurements of miR-21 levels. We found a reduction of miR-21 in U373-shRNA-DTX1 to only 30% of the control levels (p<0.001) whereas over-expression of DTX1 resulted in an increase of miR-21 to 951% of the control (p<0.001) confirming our microarray data. |
