| Detail Description | we investigated the ability of gallic acid(GA) to induce variations in the levels of hsa-miR-17-3p, hsa-miR-21-5p and hsa-miR-421. These miRNAs downregulate, respectively.The miRNAs considered showed a variation in their expression after GA treatment displaying a common reduced expression at low GA concentrations (1.2, 12.5 and 25 μg/ml) and an increased expression at concentrations >25 μg/ml. |
