| Detail Description |
Notably, when we compared all samples as two groups, all Cs versus all Ps (Welcht test, pvalue cutoff 0.05), miR-10b showed an average over-expression of 2.47-fold, and it was the most statistically significant.a group of miRNAs, miR-181a, miR-181b, and miR-181c, were down-regulated in a number of our samples.Northern blot analysis confirmed the data obtained by using the microarray: miR-10b and miR-221 are over-expressed in 5 out of 10 samples analyzed while miR-128, miR-181a, and miR-181b show under-expression, respectively. |
