| Detail Description | the expression of miR-221 is dramatically up-regulated in human glioblastoma cells, especially in SWOZ2-BCNU cells(BCNU-resistant cell line).the expression levels of phosphoSer473 Akt, the key downstream target of PTEN, were dramatically elevated by transfection of miR-221 mimic and reduced by down-regulation of miR-221, suggesting that PTEN/Akt signaling axis was regulated by miR-221. |
