| Detail Description | We identified a total of 55 differentially expressed miRNAs exhibiting fold-changes >1.5 (P<0.05) among patients and controls, of which 54 were down-regulated and one was up-regulated.We then selected four representative down-regulated miRNAs previously shown to be associated with ICH (miR-126, miR-146a, miR-let-7a, and miR-26a) with microarray P values < 0.01 for qRT-PCR validation. |
