| Detail Description | C9orf3, hosting the miRNA cluster MIR-23b-27b-24-1cluster, was associated with a novel gene-body start site that harboured a pdCR specifically in the WNT subgroup. Upregulation of this microRNA (miRNA) cluster hsa previously been noted in WNT medulloblastomas, and correlation with methylation was observed in our miRNA data set. |
