Detail Description	Three independent experiments revealed about 60 miRNAs modulated at this time point. As our goal was to identify miRNAs able to promote loss of stemness, we took into account only the most upregulated miRNAs and focused on the miR-302-367 cluster whose members (miR-302a, b, c, d, and miR-367) were exclusively expressed in serum-differentiated cells.
