Expression of mature hsa-miR-30b and hsa-miR-30d, as well as KHDRBS3, was analysed in cohorts of primary medulloblastoma samples, alongside four normal cerebellar samples, and data for medulloblastoma cell lines (n = 8).Using these criteria, 54% (14/26),12% (3/26) and 15% (3/20) of primary medulloblastomas showed evidence of overexpression of hsa-miR-30b, hsa-miR-30d, and KHDRBS3, respectively. |
