| Detail Description | expression of miR-3189-3p was downregulated in astrocytoma and glioblastoma clinical samples compared to control brain tissue. Overexpression of miR-3189-3p resulted in a significant inhibition of cell proliferation and migration through direct targeting of SF3B2 and p63RhoGEF, respectively. |
