| Detail Description | Twenty-eight miRNAs were identified as differentially expressed in ependymomas compared to normal controls. We have verified that miR-34a and miR-135a are over-expressed in our samples when compared to normal controls. MiR-485-5p was identified in these analyses as down-regulated in ependymomas when compared to normal controls. |
